DUNA AT GASTECH 2022: EFFICIENCY AND SUSTAINABILITY FOR LNG INDUSTRY

Spotlight and large turnout for GASTECH 2022, the International Fair dedicated to the LNG sector, called to propose new efficient and sustainable solutions in response to energy crisis, environmental emergency and geopolitical tensions. The DUNA Group took part in the Milan2022 edition to present its foams, systems and tailor-made solutions developed for OIL&GAS projects


In a period of serious geopolitical tensions, the DUNA Group could not miss GASTECH 2022, the most important International Fair for the LNG sector, held from 5 to 8 September in presence in Milan. For the DUNA Group, GASTECH has always been an unmissable opportunity to meet sector professionals, present the latests solutions developed for Oil & Gas plants around the world and collect inspiration for the new challenging projects

On our Booth, we welcomed international visitors with full-scale models, PUR/PIR solutions and special pieces developed specifically for the thermal insulation of liquefied natural gas extraction and distribution plants. Among the DUNA proposals presented at the Fair, we found both FACTORY-MADE systems, such as the PIR and PUR CORAFOAM® foams and the DUNAPAP™ secondary vapor barrier, made in the 4 DUNA Group production plants and then supplied to LNG yards all over the world, and ON-SITE solutions, produced on demand for in situ application, such as DUNAPOL®SPINPIPE, PIR system for cryogenic pre-insulation, DUNAPOL®C, PUR pouring systems with customizable formulations, and DUNAPOL®S, PIR and PUR spray systems for pre-insulation and structural reinforcement

The current challenges of environmental and geopolitical transition push the LNG industry towards more efficient and sustainable products and processes: optimizing the thermal insulation of the GAS extraction and distribution phases is essential to maximize plant performance and reduce supply costs and energy waste. An urgent and achievable goal, with the support of DUNA's systems and technical know-how
