MARKETING MANAGER - 29.10.2024
DUNA-Corradini S.p.A. is looking for a Marketing Manager who will report to the Marketing & Sales Director. The resource has the responsibility of developing and implementing company marketing strategies, planning activities and promoting product ranges, managing resources and the dedicated budget and taking care of effective communication internal and external to the company.
The ideal figure must have gained significant experience, preferably in complex manufacturing companies.
From a development perspective, applications from figures who have not yet acquired the full skills of the role, but who want to undertake a solid growth path to achieve complete responsibility for the function will also be taken into consideration.
Main responsibilities
- Support the Management in defining the Marketing Plan, based on analyzes and data collected relating to the positioning of DUNA products in relation to the markets covered.
- Develop operational marketing activities following the strategy defined in the Marketing Plan, constantly monitoring the progress of operations.
- Participate in the definition of strategic national and international fairs for the company and take care of their organization together with his team.
- Identify and suggest the most appropriate channels and promotion methods for each product category or market segment, helping to draw up the function's annual spending budget.
- Create a functional team, starting from the necessary professional skills and in collaboration with HR, and manage their professional development, from the organization of work to the identification and management of training and growth paths.
- Identify and manage external collaborators or marketing and communication agencies to whom you can outsource activities such as logo design, social media marketing or other; negotiate service costs, delivery times and ensure that contract constraints and deadlines are respected.
- Guarantee and promote continuous collaboration with all company areas, particularly with Sales, Customer Care and HR.
- Define a Media Plan, in coordination with the Management, to optimize the use of communication tools and ensure the creation of constant and correct external and internal communication, aimed at encouraging the increase in Brand Awareness, Brand Diffusion and Employer Branding .
- Manage the functional KPI dashboard shared with the MARKETING & SALES DIRECTOR; in particular KPIs with which to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing actions implemented and the level of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Support and coordinate with the Group's foreign branches in the development of common activities and improvement projects linked, for example, to the corporate website.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques and branding strategies
- Knowledge in digital and social media marketing
- Knowledge of the MS Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CRM software and CMS web content management systems
- Analytical and data interpretation skills and skills in project management and planning
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written, is required
- Residence close to the place of work (Soliera, MO)
