The new Air In Place cushions redefine market standards thanks to the innovative films with reduced thickness yet same high technical performance.

Spring is in the air for DUNAPACK®, the DUNA Division specialized in the production of filling and protective systems for on-demand packaging, which is pleased to announce the enlargement of the Air In Place range with the new Rio and Teo films with reduced thickness. 

Thanks to the constant technological investments, the acquired know-how and the careful raw materials’ selection, the new films with lower thicknesses widen the Air In Place range with two even greener solutions with excellent technical performance. 

Teo, the innovative 100% biodegradable and compostable film, certified by OK COMPOST by TÜV Austria, and Rio, the plastic film containing up to 75% recycled and recyclable raw material, are now available in multiple formats of filling cushions, ideal for firmly blocking goods and filling empty spaces inside the packaging, and in the Nuvola multi-bubble version, designed to wrap and protect even the most delicate goods.

The reduction of thicknesses and the high percentage of sustainable raw materials represent the concrete response to Duna's sustainability goals and to market requirements, focusing on the quality of the packaging, which must guarantee the integrity of the goods being shipped, and paying increasingly attention to the environmental protection and the resources’ safeguard.
